At GläsVault, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or installed screen protectors.

  • Custom or special-order items.

  • Sale or clearance products.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
